Capistrano is a fine-grained limestone sourced from the Philippines, featuring a warm brown hue accented by visible fossilized inclusions that give it a unique, natural character. The stone displays a subtle, even grain with occasional veining that adds depth and texture, making it ideal for both interior and exterior applications such as flooring, wall cladding, and decorative panels. Capistrano’s durability and aesthetic versatility allow it to be finished in polished, honed, or brushed textures, each enhancing its warm tones and fossil details. Marmi di Carrara supplies Capistrano in ready-to-install slabs of 2–3 cm thickness, as well as custom-cut blocks, and provides high-resolution photographs of actual slabs before purchase to ensure accurate representation.
