Hillsboro is a beige limestone quarried in the United States, appreciated for its warm, uniform appearance. The stone shows a buff-cream base with a subtle golden tint, punctuated by fine white inclusions and a compact, even grain; veining is minimal, giving surfaces a calm, homogeneous character. These qualities make Hillsboro limestone well suited to flooring, wall cladding, faades, staircases, bathroom vanities and general interior detailing. It performs well in honed, polished, brushed and sandblasted finishes, as well as bush-hammered for exterior use. Like every limestone, it is supplied as raw blocks, gangsaw slabs in 2 and 3 cm and cut-to-size pieces made in our Carrara plants.
