Selina is a natural limestone quarried in Croatia, also marketed under the trade name Bale. It displays a warm beige to cream palette with a subtle oncoidal texture and occasional stylolite lines that add gentle character. The stone’s fine to medium grain and uniform colour make it ideal for both interior and exterior applications, such as wall cladding, flooring, and bathroom surfaces. Recommended finishes include honed for a smooth, matte look or polished to highlight its soft veining. Marmi di Carrara supplies Selina in 2‑3 cm thick blocks and slabs, cut‑to‑size, with real‑slab photographs available before purchase.
