Lambada granite, also known in the trade as New Paradiso, Red Fantasia or Red Lambada, is a natural stone quarried in Brazil. It shows a warm red background with a medium to coarse grain, crossed by black and white veins that give the surface a lively, decorative movement. This Brazilian granite is a popular choice for kitchen countertops, flooring, wall cladding, stairs and exterior facades, where its strong colour and figure make a statement. It performs well with polished, honed, flamed or brushed finishes, depending on the project. Marmi di Carrara supplies Lambada granite as blocks, slabs 2 and 3 cm thick and cut-to-size pieces, with photos of the actual slabs before purchase.
